University of Dhaka's D unit test deferred The admission test of D unit of Dhaka University will be held on December 18 instead of December 4. The deans committee took the decision at a meeting held at the administrative building on Wednesday with vice-chancellor AAMS Arefin Siddique in the chair. The meeting also decided that Agrani Bank, Sonali Bank and Janata Bank, Dhaka University Branch would remain open on October 17 for selling the admission forms to the applicants.

Admission Tests rescheduled at Rajshahi University The Rajshahi University authorities have rescheduled the admission tests for first year honours courses under the 2009-2010 academic session. Admission tests will be held on departmental basis for first year honours courses at 4:00pm instead of 3:30pm on the dates scheduled earlier. The admission test of the law and justice department will be held from 4:00pm to 5:00pm instead of 1:00pm to 2:00pm. The admission test of the music and drama department will be held from 1:00pm to 2:00pm instead of 3:30pm to 4:30pm. A section of students will seat for law and justice department admission test at the Rajshahi College center on October 18. The registrar of the university Professor Dr MA Bari said on Tuesday that the admission tests for first year honours courses will continue till October 25.

SUST to introduce digital admission test > The Shahjalal University of Science and Technology will introduce digital admission test for honours course from 2009-10 academic session. > The admission test will be held on October 30. > University sources said admission seekers will not be required to collect admission forms and there is no need of filling up admission forms for admission in the university this year. > Any candidate can appear at admission test by registration going to the message option of any mobile phone. > As per the new rule under digital system, the candidates have to go to message option and write the roll numbers of SSC and HSC exams and unit and then it has to be sent to a four-digit number. > Fees for admission test will be realised with the sending of message. > In return message, a specific code number will be given to the senders. The message receivers can take part in admission test with the code number and three copies of photographs, said sources. > At the test centre, the invigilators concerned will collect the photographs of the candidates and give them cards. The admission seekers can get admitted into the university by showing the cards if they succeed in admission test.

Govt. Medical Colleges of Bangladesh Admission test 9th October Total 2250 seats are available. Last date of submitting application is 13th September, 2009 and admission test will be held on 9th October, 2009.

Jahangirnagar University admission form available from 01 October 2009 1st year Hon's admission form will be available fom 01 to 15 October, 2009. Admission test will be written exam which will be held on 01 to 12 November, 2009.

DU admission form available from 1st October, 2009 Admission form will be available from 1st October, 2009 for 1st year hons. Last date of form collection is 19 October. For this year admission requirement for KHA unit is change to GPA 7.0 but all others remain same. Price of the form in Tk.300/-. Admission form of KA unit is available in Agroni Bank, Karjan Hall Branch KHA and GHA unit is Janata Bank, TSC Branch, GA unit is Sonali Bank, National Museum Branch, MA unit is Agroni Bank, Bangla Academi Branch. Admission test of KHA and MA unit will be held on 06th November, KA unit is 13th November, GA unit is 20th November, GHA unit is 4th December, CHA unit is 11 December, 2009.

New rules of admission in DU at Dhaka University DU General Committee for admission decided to open two new units named CHA for institute of fine Arts admission and MA for Medical and Dental Colleges. Minimum requirement: KHA unit: 7 (without 4th subject) Newly opened departments Earth and Environmental science and Engineering & Technology will be under KA unit. Available seats for KA, KHA, GA and GHA units are 1398, 2332, 900 and 650 respectably and total seats for CHA unit is not decided yet. The committee suggested to start the class within December, 2009.

MCQ system at Jahangirnagar University JU General Committee for admission decided to introduce MCQ system for admission test will be held offer DU, BUET and Medical Colleges admission test.

Admission test date of BUET on 17th October, 2009 Admission test for first year hons in 2009-2010 secession in BUET will be held on 17th October, 2009. Admission form collection and submission will start in september.

Islamic University admission form available from 07 September Admission test will be held in MCQ system from 16 to 19 November,2009. Requirement: Applicant's must have minimum GPA 3.0 in SSC/HSC exam and average GPA 6.5 for Science, minimum GPA 2.5 in SSC/HSC and average GPA 5.5 for Commerce & Humanities group. From this year Statistics under 'Uma' and Finance & Banking under "Cha" are open. Total 265 seats are increases in this year.

Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University Admission form will be available from 24 September The admission test of Kabi Nazrul University , Trishal, Mymensingh will be held on 1, 2, 3 and 4 of November '09. Form can be collected from 24/09/2009 to 22/10/2009. Last date of submission is on 24/10/09. Result of admission test will be published on 15/11/09. The admission test will be held under 6 units to take admission into six departments: Computer Science and Engineering, Bengali Language and Literature, English Language and Literaute, Music, Accounting and Information System, and Economics department.
