You can perform aerobic, walking, cycling or jogging. • Do meditation; it will help keep you hale and hearty. • Do not take excess salt and cholesterol. Take olive oil, soybean, vegetable oil temperately. • Try to avoid beef, fast food and unhygienic food. • Cigarettes and alcohols are too much dangerous for your heart. Be detached from such things. • Eat fruits, vegetables, fiber, nuts regularly. Drink more water. |
